Portrait - Picture of the day #3 - “the quickie”
What a crazy monday, weather wise that is…. we had a huge rain/wind storm here in Tumwater last night and it’s been raining like a sideways waterfall all day.
This is Noah, a class of 2008 senior at Olympia High School. While most of the senior portrait sessions I do consist of a couple of hours of ‘creation’ time and several clothing changes, sometimes I get a request from a student (or parent) that wants just a quick yearbook headshot, either because they plan to do the bulk of their pictures in the spring, or in Noah’s case because he really just wanted one headshot to put in the yearbook and send out in his announcements. These tend to be pretty easy to fit into my schedule and I charge a lower fee than normal (since it’s less time and work!). This session took 30 minutes from set up to tear down and the background is a beautiful shady spot in his backyard.

Providing great images, top notch customer service and an excellent value to each clients is my goal. In Noah’s case he needed this fast because the due date was 2 days away, I had his online proofs posted the next day - and the final image submitted on time.
