Special Olympics BasketballGood Morning! I got back from Wenatchee
yesterday. I had a great time watching my friend Dave play basketball in the
Special Olympics State Finals. Dave's team is a mix of the special athletes and
regular guys (like Dave) and they all play on the team together. They also have
special rules to make sure the special athletes are getting their share of the
playtime and making baskets. This is the second year I've gone and watched them
at the finals and they all play hard. Sometimes tensions run high, it's a big
deal to all of the players. It's an awesome event and I'm glad I got the chance
to go watch again. A few of the pictures I took are here on the blog, but the
